About last Exhibition…

Our company Lion Holding GmbH took part in one of the most prestigious real estate events, Moscow International Property Show 2014 on November 14-15, 2014 with about 190 participants from the different countries. In two days of work the exhibition attracted more than 7,5 thousand people.

During this successful event participants exchanged useful information and contacts in the field of purchasing and sale of real estate and construction, mortgages and insurance.

At the event, our company has successfully represented a portfolio of properties to potential buyers. We adopted a lot of useful information which is necessary for development of Lion Holding Group, and shared experience with the colleagues from other countries.

In the near future we are planning to visit international exhibitions devoted to the international real estate in Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries.

The 5th Real Estate Fair

One of the most anticipated exhibitions – “THE 5th Real Estate Fair” – took place in Krasnoyarsk from October 23 to October 25, 2014

Our company Lion Holding GmbH participated in this specialized exhibition “Real Estate Fair”. The total number of participants made 75 companies from foreign countries and Russia.
In the exhibition there were presented residential, luxury, commercial real estate, office spaces, industrial facilities, land and foreign real estate: houses, cottages, townhouses, apartments and other objects.
This Real Estate Fair – is a platform where you can learn all the details of the purchasing or obtaining a mortgage and ask all questions to experts of building companies.
The exhibition always gives opportunities!
Our company had used the opportunity to meet face to face thousands of potential clients and customers, to strengthen the relationships with partners and friendly organizations, to study products and marketing strategy to increase competition and popularity of the company, to implement support for dealers and to define a state and inquiries of the market.
